Zero groundswell in the Santa Barbara Channel didn’t keep Marc Andreini from milking some tiny windswell on a cold, blustery afternoon somewhere along the Gaviota Coast. Behind him in two of the images is Gregg Tally, a lifelong friend and the White Owl Surfboards heir.
